Pet Boarding Terms and Conditions

1 – All guests must be between 5 months and 15 years of age with completed updated vaccinations. Dogs need to have a C5 vaccination given 5 days or greater before check in, however for best protection we recommend the intranasal Bronchi-Shield 3 vaccination given 8 days or greater before check in. Cats need to have a F3, F4 or F5 given 5 days or greater before check in.

2 – Most pets will be “companion boarding”, matched according to size, age and gender, unless requested or required to board alone. Additional fees will be charged for pets boarding alone.

3 – All cats must be desexed

4 – Hanrob Pet Hotels reserves the right to refuse entry of any animal

5 – The owner agrees to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behaviour of the pet while it is in Hanrob’s care

6 – The owner specifically represents that he or she is the sole owner of the pet, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances

7 – If veterinary attention is necessary for the pet, the owner is liable for all such expenses

8 – The pet will be delivered to any person who is prepared to declare that they have the owners’ authority to do so, unless otherwise instructed in writing.

9 – By signing the contract conditions the owner certifies to the accuracy of all information given about the pet. The owner acknowledges that the signing of this contract shall create a lien over the animal in favour of Hanrob, which lien shall continue to exist whilst ever monies are owing pursuant to contract

10 – Under no circumstances will Hanrob, or its employees or agents, be held responsible for Paralysis Tick, Canine Influenza, injury, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever, whether or not caused by any negligent, act or omission of Hanrob, its employees or agents, that may occur to any pet staying at Hanrob

11 – Luxury Suites: If in the event the pet damages furniture, bedding or any part of the suite, clients may be charged for the damage incurred. If this occurs the pet may be moved to the standard accommodation and the price will revert back to the standard kennel pricing.

12 – Playtime PLUS/PALS: Hanrob, its staff and agents will not be liable for any problems which develop, provide reasonable care and precautions are followed, and the client hereby releases them from any liability of any kind whatsoever arising from the dog’s attendance and participation in this service.

13 – The full period booked will be charged during school holiday periods

14 – Boarding rates are charged on a calendar day basis

15 – The owner agrees to pay the rate for boarding that is in effect on the date that the pet is checked into Hanrob Pet Hotels

16 – The owner agrees to pay all costs and charges for special services requested and all veterinary costs for the pet during the time the pet is in Hanrob’s care

17 – All charges incurred by the owner will be processed on your credit card prior to departure unless other payment arrangements have been made.

18 – If all charges are not paid, Hanrob has the right to offer the pet for public sale. If such a sale does not secure a price adequate to cover the charges and the cost of sale, the owner is liable to Hanrob for the difference. Hanrob may take this course of action if not advised of a pick up date within two (2) weeks of the advised dates

Minimum Charge Policy Over Peak Periods

There is a 10 day minimum standard charge for each pet arriving between December 22 2018 and January 9 2019 (Christmas 2018)
There is a 6 day minimum standard charge for each pet arriving between April 18 2018  and April 23 2019 (Easter 2019)

Payment Policy Over Peak Periods

  • Bookings for Christmas (between December 22 2018 and January 9 2019) require a minimum $200 or 30% deposit. This is refundable during a 24 hour cooling-off period, but non-refundable 24 hours after booking.
  • Balance of payments for Christmas bookings will be taken on November 29 2018.
  • Bookings for Christmas made after November 29 will require payment in full.
  • Bookings for Christmas made after November 29 will be non-refundable
  • Bookings for Easter (between April 18 2019 and April 23 2019) require a minimum $200 or 30% deposit. This is refundable during a 24 hour cooling-off period, but non-refundable 24 hours after booking.
  • Balance of payments for Easter bookings will be taken on March 28 2019
  • Bookings for Easter made after March 28 will require payment in full.
  • Bookings for Easter made after March 28 will be non-refundable

Cancellation Policy Over Peak Periods

  • Cancellation within 24hrs (cooling off period) – no fee charged
  • Cancellation after 24 hours and before November 29 2018 for Christmas 2018 and before March 28 2019 for Easter 2019 - deposit forfeited
  • Cancellation after November 29 2018 for Christmas 2018 and after March 28 for Easter 2019 – Full Payment Forfeited

Cancellation Policy All Other Times

  • Cancellation within 24hrs (cooling off period) – no fee charged
  • Cancellation 24hrs after booking – Hanrob retains deposit for future booking to be used within 12 months or $20 cancellation fee charged.

Payments

  • All online bookings require payment in full and incur a 5% discount.
  • All other bookings made via phone or email require a 30% of Booking Cost with a minimum of $100.00 or full payment if booking costs are under $100.00
  • Balance of booking will be taken upon arrival at the Pet Hotel
  • Balance of booking will be taken on credit card 1 business day prior to arrival via our pet shuttle service

 

Doggy Daycare VIP Terms and Conditions

 

1 – All online bookings require payment in full and incur a 5% discount.
All other bookings made via phone or email require a 30% of Booking Cost with a minimum of $100.00 or full payment if booking costs are under $100.00
Balance of booking will be taken upon arrival at the Pet Hotel
Balance of booking will be taken on credit card 1 business day prior to arrival 1.    This agreement relates to Hanrob’s Doggy Daycare service and is not applicable for overnight stays. Should you, the customer, require an overnight stay for your pet then you are required to book Hanrob’s boarding services under a separate agreement.
2.    As a VIP Daycare Member you are entitled to receive 10% of the boarding rate for all periods except Peak periods. This discount shall no longer apply if you cancel your VIP Daycare membership.
3.    Minimum purchase for VIP Daycare memberships is one (1) calendar month.
4.    New memberships shall commence from the 1st of the month. Example; If you sign this agreement on 16th July then your membership shall come into effect from 1st August.
5.    Membership Billing – your allocated credit card shall be charged on the 15th of every month (or nearest Business Day). If you opt to pay via EFT  then the full monthly dollar amount must clear in Hanrob’s account by the 15th of every month.
6.    If you have selected the payment option of your credit card being charged, it is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient cleared funds available in time for the billing date. Hanrob will not cover any dishonor fees incurred by your financial institution.
7.    If you decide to change your billing information, a 14-day notice is required. Failure to provide this has no bearing on any of the terms of this agreement.
8.    You are responsible for notifying Hanrob if your contact details change. Failure to do so has no bearing on any of the terms of this agreement.
9.    You are able to place your membership on temporary Time Hold a maximum of twice per year. Combined Time Hold is for a maximum period outlined below in each year. Each year commences on the anniversary of your joining date. Requests for Time Hold must be made in writing to daycaremembers@hanrob.com.au with at least two weeks notice.

  • 2 day contract = 8 days per annum.
  • 3 day contract = 12 days per annum.
  • 5 day contract = 20 days off per annum.

10.    Membership Cancellation – Notice to cancel your VIP Membership must be received in writing to daycaremembers@hanrob.com.au at least two days prior to the last calendar day of the month. Your VIP membership shall cease from the first calendar day of the proceeding month.
11.    Debt Collection Action- The Customer: a) Authorises Hanrob to notify any debt collection or credit reporting agency upon default by the Customer in regard to any obligation to pay under this debit authorisation; b) agrees to immediately pay the full outstanding balance of the remainder of the payments due, including any current arrears, should a default occur prior to this payment request terminating; c) may be liable for any costs associated with the recovery of your overdue account, this may include, but is not limited to the following; legal fees, interest and mercantile agency collection cost.
12.    Cancellation of your Booking Date – you agree to contact the Facility Reception directly by 6pm on the day prior to your care day.
13.    If you miss a day due to sickness, you may make up your missed day within 7 days, subject to availability.
14.    You may not transfer your membership to any other pet not named within this contract.
15.    Your dog must be a minimum of 5 months old to attend daycare.
16.    Vaccinations - your dog must be fully vaccinated (dog C5).
17.    All dogs will be assessed by Hanrob for suitability for day care. The assessment will be conducted during the first paid day care session. For any dog assessed not to be suitable for day care, a refund of all pre-paid and unused day care sessions will be paid by Hanrob to the client.
18.    Hanrob reserves the right to refuse entry to any animal.
19.    You agree to pay all costs and charges for optional pet services requested by the you.
20.    You agree to pay all veterinary costs for your dog incurred during the time the dog is in Hanrob’s care.
21.    You agree to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behaviour of the dog while it is in Hanrob’s care.
22.    You are the sole owner of the dog, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances.
23.    The dog will be released from daycare only to persons named within your customer record including emergency contacts. You must advise in writing naming any other authorized persons to collect your pets with at least 48 hours notice to daycaremembers@hanrob.com.au.
24.    If a dog is abandoned, Hanrob has the right to offer the dog for public sale. Hanrob may take this action if you do not advise of a collection date within two (2) weeks of the last booked day care service.
25.    Under no circumstances will Hanrob, its employees or agents be responsible for paralysis tick, canine influenza, injury, loss, damage or death of any kind whatsoever, whether or not caused by any negligent act or omission of Hanrob, its employees or agents, that may occur to any dog staying at Hanrob.
26.    You understand that membership rates are reviewed periodically and may increase. This is regardless of the contracted amount or contract term. You understand that members will be notified a minimum of 30 days prior to any such membership rate increase by email.
27.    By signing this contract you agree to these terms and conditions.our pet shuttle service
