Every Hanrob Pet Hotel offers total pet care going above and beyond in the areas of wellbeing, safety, grooming, nutrition and play. In this regard we don’t just meet the standards – we set them.

In fact, we’re the only certified International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO 9001) pet hotel in Australia and are a nationally Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
