Nearly everyone uses Skype to keep in touch with their families while they are away- surely your furry family should be no different! Petskype allows the pets to be soothed by the owners voice, AND allows owners to see the level of care that their pet is receiving while at Hanrob- I really like the transparency- there are kennels that only do inspections at certain times, Hanrob's open door (both physically and virtually) means you know they're getting the best care ALL of the time- and that is peace of mind. Our family pet, Jess, has just spent a two week “holiday” with you guys at Heathcote. I would just like to say a HUGE thank you to all the staff who looked after him, particularly Angela, his carer. Jess had never been to a kennel before and I have to admit, our family were anxious about his stay. However, at all times the staff we spoke to, especially Angela, sounded very caring and always seemed to have his best interests at heart, especially considering he had only recently had a knee operation. When I picked him up from our vet yesterday, he was happy, healthy and his coat gleamed! We had heard so many positive reports about your centre and I am so pleased we decided to choose Hanrob for Jess – we will be definitely be utilizing your services again when we go on holidays. We are so happy with the doggy service!!! "Thank you so much for transforming our Clarke while he was in your training for life program. As you know we adopted Clarke a couple of months ago aged 5. He came to us scared and anxious. When he started to show aggression towards other dogs we sought help and started to attend training classes locally. When he started showing aggression towards humans and biting them (and us in the crossfire) we knew we were in over our heads and called Hanrob.

I hesitated about sending him to someone else to train, but after picking him up on Saturday we couldn’t believe he was the same dog. He is so happy and relaxed now, he still knows and loves us and is now acting like a dog that has been with us his whole life.

His trainer Charmaine made sure we felt comfortable and understood how to continue his training when we picked him up and its a great comfort to know that she is just a phone call or an email away. From now on my husband and I will be sending all our future dogs to Hanrob for your training for life program just to give them a fresh start and a solid foundation.
